(1) Your comfort and safety matter to us. That’s why the property has visible exterior security cameras at entry points and shared outdoor areas. They remain on throughout your stay to help ensure a secure, well-maintained home for everyone. Please note that for everyone's privacy, we do not equip cameras inside the house.

(2) To protect your mails and packages from weather and theft, there is a mailbox and a delivery box next to the front door. Instructions on how to use will be available on your Already Booked page after check-in.

VISITORS
This is our Zero Tolerance House Rule. The only people allowed in the home at any time are officially registered guests who have been ID verified. This is for the safety, security and comfort of everyone in the house. You can be assured that your housemate doesn't have a random unknown person in their room and that the house isn't completely overcrowded.
⚠️ If you break this rule we will have to cancel your booking WITHOUT REFUND.
⚠️ This is not a party house, either. Your housemates are usually serious young people who often need to work in the morning. That being said....if you are a long-term guest and have a family member or friend 👥 accompanying you or visiting you for a few days, talk to us for permission and guidelines.

BIKES
Absolutely no bikes are allowed inside the house. You're welcome to park and lock your bike at the back walkway — we've installed heavy-duty ground anchors there for secure parking. Please do not park at reserved parking spots for cars. If you decide to park your bike outside the house, please take great precautions since we do not take responsibility for vehicles that are not registered nor reserved.

About this Property

CENTRAL SAN JOSE ADU comprises 02 brand-new detached 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private homes in Central San Jose. This home is designed for guests who want more privacy, comfort, and flexibility than a hotel or shared housing option. It is a fully private ADU with its own bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, dining space, and in-unit laundry.

Unlike co-living or shared-suite homes, this ADU is not shared with other guests. You will have the entire unit to yourself, making it a great fit for families, working professionals, corporate housing, insurance relocation guests, interns, traveling nurses, and mid-term or long-term stays.

We manage both homes with a total of 2 Detached ADU units. Once you've completed your booking and payment, your house number will be displayed on the booking confirmation page.
