The cleaning fee that you pay when booking is for preparing the room before your
stay and restoring it after you leave. Maid service for each room is not included.
You are expected to clean after yourself. If you would like an additional room cleaning
and linen exchange, we can arrange it for $60. If you would like just a linen exchange,
it is $35, otherwise you can wash your sheets and towels as often as you like.

(1) Your comfort and safety matter to us. That’s why the property has visible exterior security cameras at entry points and shared outdoor areas. They remain on throughout your stay to help ensure a secure, well-maintained home for everyone. Please note that for everyone's privacy, we do not equip cameras inside the house.

(2) To protect your mails and packages from weather and theft, there is a mailbox and a delivery box next to the front door. Instructions on how to use will be available on your Already Booked page after check-in.

VISITORS
This is our Zero Tolerance House Rule. The only people allowed in the home at any time are officially registered guests who have been ID verified. This is for the safety, security and comfort of everyone in the house. You can be assured that your housemate doesn't have a random unknown person in their room and that the house isn't completely overcrowded.
⚠️ If you break this rule we will have to cancel your booking WITHOUT REFUND.
⚠️ This is not a party house, either. Your housemates are usually serious young people who often need to work in the morning. That being said....if you are a long-term guest and have a family member or friend 👥 accompanying you or visiting you for a few days, talk to us for permission and guidelines.

BIKES
Absolutely no bikes are allowed inside the house. Bicycle parking is available at the rear of the property; however, guests are responsible for providing their own locks.

SAN JOSE CITY HALL ADU is a newly constructed homes with pleasant living space intended for families, groups of friends, colleagues, and/or young techies, traveling nurses and students who enjoy each other company.

Contrary to SAN JOSE CITY HALL CO-LIVING, these units offer utmost privacy. No shared space or amenities with others including washer/dryer, kitchen, living room and dining room. Once you've completed your booking and payment, your house number will be displayed on the booking confirmation page.
