Nestled just minutes from Alum Rock Park, one of San Jose’s most scenic nature spots, this villa is perfect for group retreats, offering hiking trails, picnic areas, and private parties right at your doorstep. Traveling from the city centre takes less than 15 minutes within 7-mile radius. Connecting to Interstate 680 in no time.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Respect the Property: Handle carpets, furniture, and bedding with care; avoid spilling food or drinks.

2. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the space clean and tidy during your stay.

3. Report Issues Promptly: Notify us of any incidents or problems for a quick resolution.

4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s rest.

5. No smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes) indoors. Violation results in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

VISITORS
This is our Zero Tolerance House Rule. The only people allowed in the home at any time are officially registered guests who have been ID verified. This is for the safety, security and comfort of everyone in the house. If you break this rule we will have to cancel your booking without refund.

We also understand some guests could bring an unexpected plus one or they did not RSVP. We get it: the more, the merrier. That's why in any case of guest change after booking, please always reach out to us for permission and guidelines.

KIDS

Kids are always welcomed here. However, we would like to emphasize that we expect you, the parents and/or the legal guardians, to inform us in advance if there are children present on the property and take full responsibility for your kids' action.

We value your presence at the house, and to create such comfort, the house is adorned with a lot of hi-end furnitures that are cared for per booking. Therefore, any damage caused either by adults or kids shall result in additional fees in your payment.

PETS

Your fur/feather friends are welcomed here with an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please always be mindful of how to keep your pets safe, practice common sense on furniture upkeep and hygiene standard for the home, and inform us in advance!

POOL

Our pool does not have a kid-friendly or pet-friendly zone nor does it have descending steps or screen protection to get to the pool. Therefore, for your kids' safety, please try to keep them as far away from the pool as possible, or keep a very close watch when they are in or near the pool. We also do not recommend wearing high heels or flip-flops near the pool due to the risk of falling. Food and drink are also not allowed around the pool to keep the area clean and safe.

BBQ STAND

The gas-connected BBQ grill is ready for use. You don't have to bring coal or propane.
