The home is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Please drive slowly when entering the neighborhood and be mindful of residents, pedestrians, and parked vehicles.

VTA Route 60 Airport Flyer provides direct service to San Jose International Airport and Milpitas BART. Near parks, shopping, and dining. GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Respect the Property: Handle carpets, furniture, and bedding with care; avoid spilling food or drinks.

2. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Any stains on bedding, linens, or furniture may result in additional charges for deep cleaning or replacement if necessary.

3. Report Issues Promptly: Notify us of any incidents or problems for a quick resolution.

4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s rest.

5. No smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes) indoors. Violation results in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Any gatherings beyond the number of registered guests must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unauthorized events or parties may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, additional cleaning fees, and charges for any damages or extra guests.

KIDS

Kids are always welcomed here. However, we would like to emphasize that we expect you, the parents and/or the legal guardians, to inform us in advance if there are children present on the property and take full responsibility for your kids' action.

We value your presence at the house, and to create such comfort, the house is adorned with a lot of hi-end furnitures that are cared for per booking. Therefore, any damage caused either by adults or kids shall result in additional fees in your payment.

PETS

We don't allow pets at this property. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the home's pristine condition and ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Please make alternative arrangements for your fur/feather friends before your stay.
