The cleaning fee that you pay when booking is for preparing the room before
your stay and restoring it after you leave. We DO NOT have maid service.
We have a cleaning person who comes in to maintain the cleanliness of the
common area, including the living room and kitchen. You are expected to
clean after yourself. If you would like an additional room cleaning and/or linen
exchange, we can arrange it for you at a fee (see below). Otherwise, you can
wash your sheets as often as you like.

We want to disclose that we have security cameras at the front door and other cameras on other buildings and at the back entrances. They all have sound. They will be turned on during your stay. It is a clearly visible camera outside the home. This is for everyone's comfort and protection. We don't have problems in the house, because we make efforts to keep the house safe for you and your things.

VISITORS

This is our Zero Tolerance House Rule. The only people allowed in the home at any time are officially registered guests who have been ID verified. This is for the safety, security and comfort of everyone in the house. You can be assured that your housemate doesn't have a random unknown person in their room and that the house isn't completely overcrowded. If you break this rule we will have to cancel your booking without refund.
This is not a party house. Your housemates are usually serious young people who often need to work in the morning. That being said....if you are a several month guest and have a family member or friend accompanying you or visiting you for a few days, talk to us for permission and guidelines.

BIKES

Absolutely no bikes are allowed inside the house. Bicycle parking is available at the rear of the property; however, guests are responsible for providing their own locks.
